Don’t forget that recovery is just as important as working out. Below I have listed some of the things I like to do to help me get ready for my next workout.
Recovery Tips
- GET ADEQUATE SLEEP
- EAT LOTS OF VEGGIES
- HOT SAUNAS AND COLD SHOWERS
- GET OUTSIDE EVERYDAY
- DO THINGS YOU LOVE
If you can get most of these things right then you are on your way. Remember life is about balance it’s ok not to be perfect in all of these areas. Do the best you can and surrond yourself with people that love and support you.
